About This Team
As lululemon Studio's Facilities Associate, you'll support the maintenance, upkeep and health and safety standards of our live broadcast studio in Midtown Manhattan. In this role you will work cross functionally to support ongoing studio safety and operations and be the welcoming face of lululemon Studio's film studios. You' ll be joining our Fitness and Content team responsible for the creation of digital content for lululemon Studio, and reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations
A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Work with our full time staff to ensure everyone has what they need to be successful in the broadcast space
• Be a friendly, welcoming presence for all incoming guests and have a genuine desire to support a clean, safe and comfortable work environment for our employees and guests.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all health and safety issues impacting the studio, including management of our guest security system, coordination with all building regulations and communication with all related cross functional partners
• Oversee all operational aspects of our New York City broadcast studios including maintenance, cleaning staff, IT work, budgeting, ordering and deliveries, etc.

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Must be based in New York, NY
• A love of hospitality and delivering incredible experiences to guests and employees
• Ability to be the first point of contact for any issues that arise within our studios and comfortability escalating to the appropriate parties
• Thrive in a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts

Compensation & Benefits Package
For New York Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in New York is from $48,000-65,000 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering subject to program eligibility requirements.
