About The Role
As the Studio Producer at Hims & Hers, you are a small yet growing team of creative thinkers and doers to produce anything from small content, social to live action productions in our in-house studio. Your role will also have a strong emphasis on project management to help every project get from A to Z, and collaborating with our cross-functional teams. You’ll be working on a variety of fun & innovative projects to drive our growth by elevating the execution of content through pre-production, production, and post-production. You’ll play a significant role in managing the many facets of production from booking crew and talent to managing shoots, budgets, timelines, final asset delivery and billing. This position is location specific to the Brooklyn, NY area and will require the person to be onsite most days of the week. This position is not remote eligible.
You Will

• Project Managing the full cycle of every project from briefing, reviews to pre-production, production, and post-production
• Great communication skills by following up meetings with detailed notes and action items, you circle back, check in, double check and follow up – you over communicate to make sure everyone is moving ahead and on the same page
• Be passion-driven and self-starting for delivering top-notch creative, using your eye for detail and acumen for process to guide solutions across various media
• Creative and Line Produce video and photo shoots, seeing them through post production
• Coordinating with vendors and other 3rd parties to source crew for both photo and live action productions
• A positive attitude while managing multiple projects to and through shoot day is rough, but you approach it all with a smile and good vibes, building relationships and trust along the way
• Bring fresh ideas for content solutions; discovering and recommending artists for collaboration and providing a strong point-of-view for producing new content

You Have

• Bring a robust collection of creative and production vendor and crew
• Juggling many things at one time
• Ability to produce video shoots, from pre-production, casting, and scouting locations to on-set assistance with styling and procuring props, etc.
• Strong logistical skills in planning and coordinating
• 5 + years experience in multi-media production, especially video and photography, with competency in post-production, including edit, color, animation, music and sound
• Detail oriented
• Background in a variety of creative and operational areas (shoot production, project management, studio operations)
• A keen eye and attention to detail
• A demonstrable history of problem solving that bring innovative solutions to production that are on time and on budget

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is
$75,000 — $120,000 USD
