Retoucher / Producer Jobs

Gloss is looking for team members who are passionate about retouching and photography. We are hiring a digital imaging post production retoucher / producer.This position would be responsible for retouching and preparing digital imagery for social and print mediums as well as act as a producer liaison.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of color experience matching to client-designated color references and the ability to maintain color standards across multiple images.
• Demonstrated planning skills and the ability to prioritize using information around due dates and client direction.
• Perform quality control and create specified deliverable files.
• 5+ years high-level retouching products in Adobe Photoshop and preparing photographic imagery.
• Track time daily within a specific job spreadsheet.
• Expert level skill in Adobe Photoshop for retouching.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on a repetitive task.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Experience with Capture One and Lightroom
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• High-level expertise in still and fashion retouching.
• Interact with clients on a daily basis.
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedules.
• Ability to work both independently and with the team.
• Meet quality, accuracy and output goals set by Managers and Post Production Director and clients’ style guides.
