- Coordinates and administers online office supply purchasing system
- Manages forms printing and copying requests for the department and agency, ensuring timely and accurate production occurs, investigating and following up on any problems or complaints. Manages toner inventory and ordering.
- Assists with accreditation and code compliance preparedness and corrective action. Coordinates emergency evacuation/fire drills at the Clinton office and reminders agency leadership to conduct the drills at their respective locations.
- Serves as a back-up to the maintenance staff to assist with meeting room set-up, delivery of break room supplies, processing mail, equipment trouble shooting, and receiving deliveries in their absence.
- Oversees the administrative support to the department including scheduling and organizing meetings, travel, department activities, managing departmental files, and processing invoices, maintaining equipment lease and agreement records and expiration dates, matching purchase orders and reviews other correspondence.
- Assists with vendor bidding and purchasing processes. Manages vending machines, coffee service, and other facility related vendors.
- Presents safety review to all new hires as part of the New Employee Orientation on a weekly basis. Assists with other safety preparations as requested by the Director.
- Conducts weekly owned facility walk-through and inspection. Manages and tracks the work order requests that come into the department, clarifying and ensuring work request are approved by the appropriate parties, are tied to budget or department, and are clear for Director approval and assignment. Follows status of work requests to ensure none are overlooked and that all are completed on the spreadsheet.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, both independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated attention to detail, self directed, resourceful, and motivated to learn.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as copier, facsimile machines, and calculators.
- Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage, machine, FedEx and UPS.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college/university preferred; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Internet.
- Working knowledge of project management highly desirable.
- Solid communications skills, including proofreading, editing and writing abilities.
- Ability to represent TASC in a positive and professional manner.
