Our boutique staffing firm offers a great hands-on opportunity to join a corporate team that specializes in Chicago’s ever-changing job market. The Receptionist/Office Assistant position will offer exposure to the recruiting world for an eager Human Resource focused individual. This position will be the primary person responsible for answering a busy, multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service to clients, candidates, and co-workers, and learning the staffing industry from the inside out. Ideal person must be self-motivated and flexible with a desire to excel in this fast-paced office.


Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:

  • Administer registration paperwork and other documentation
  • Perform additional office services related tasks such as maintaining/ordering supplies, general kitchen upkeep, and help organizing company sponsored activities
  • General data entry into CRM database
  • Efficiently manage a busy, multi-line phone system
  • Field and route all calls and inquiries with discretion and accuracy
  • Greet candidates and visitors in a professional and warm manner
  • Additional administrative projects as needed
  • Organize and distribute resumes


Requirements of the Office Coordinator:

  • Superior communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
