Job Description

PCI is seeking an experienced Office Administrator for its Bay Area 105 operations based in Benicia, California. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Assist in payroll process and accounts payable.
  • Process travel and expense requests.
  • Assist in contract management and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed.
  • Assist in customer billing and collection of past due accounts.
  • New employee orientation.
  • Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service .
Pay Rate: $52,800-$66,000 an hour depending on experience
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of office administration experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong o ral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Local to the Bay area
  • Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable is preferred.
  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
