Are you a biodiversity expert, strong communicator, and want to make a positive impact for people and the planet? Join P&G’s Global Sustainability Nature Team. This position resides within P&G’s R&D organization and will report into the Nature & Biodiversity Senior Director.

P&G is seeking a Nature & Biodiversity Senior Scientist to lead our Biodiversity Capability and support our Nature & Biodiversity communications.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

• Significant experience with tools, methodologies, and approaches used for biodiversity impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience interacting with and building relationships with external organizations including suppliers, academics, non-governmental organizations, industry associations, and consultants to exchange information and progress projects.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and well-organized communications (written, oral, and visual) for various external platforms and channels.
• Advanced degree in an environmental field
• Ability to effectively communicate scientific and technical concepts, plans, learnings, and results through written and verbal communications to enable internal business teams to make progress on Nature & Biodiversity objectives.

Starting Salary Range: $100k-143k

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
