Position Description

Advertised Job Summary
Under limited supervision, utilizes a variety of analytical skills and software to derive insight from data, including data visualization in Tableau and ArcGIS. Collaborates with the research team at the SC Center for Rural and Primary Healthcare to identify, clean, analyze, and interpret data from internal sources and external partners. Additionally, coordinates data management needs and manages public data tools provided by the Center. Demonstrates a commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations. This position is established in support of expanded research activities.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
Prefer previous experience in data visualizations and dashboards such as ArcGIS, Tableau, or other similar software. Experience with research processes. Prefer strong experience in Microsoft package (including Excel, Word, etc.).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to coordinate data management needs and work collaboratively. Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.
