Multi-Unit Maintenance Supervisor Jobs

We have a career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician Lead over 500 apartment units throughout East Dallas. In this role you will work side by side with Head Of Maintenance.

Ø All phases of building maintenance and operations.

Ø Responsible for common repairs consisting of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and appliance repair

Ø Identify preventative maintenance needs

Ø Directly addressing all physical site needs including building interior, exterior and grounds

Ø Be familiar with Work Order process and respond to service requests. Smart phone is a must to use our Work Order system.

Ø Appfolio System Software Experience is preferred

Ø Help coordinate work on vacant units for future move-ins.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ø 3 years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, plumbing, carpentry, building exteriors, appliance installations, etc.

Ø EPA Universal or Type II, required

Ø Ability to work on-call once or twice a month- evenings and weekends

Ø Valid driver’s license

Ø Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Ø Smart phone

Ø Own Truck

Working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Monday -- Friday. This position requires participating in on-call rotation with your teammates for after-hours maintenance emergencies.

We are currently recruiting for a Unit Supervisor to oversee a team of employees on the night shift. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience supervising a team, demonstrated leadership, and outstanding communication and interpersonal relations skills. Candidates should also be proficient in maintaining company policy, as well as accurately record-keeping and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
