Maintenance Supervisor - Layers Galleria

A Growing Real Estate Management Company is seeking a qualified individual as a Full ' Time Maintenance Technician for a Class A, 300+ unit multifamily property in Farmers Branch, TX near the Galleria Mall. Position offers competitive pay and benefits.

• Complete all required paperwork including providing detailed notes of work performed while responding to resident maintenance requests and property work orders.
• Project management including general oversight of 3rd party contractors performing work on the property.
• Timely completion of assigned resident and management maintenance requests and work orders.
• Ordering of property maintenance supplies and inventory management.
• Perform general property repairs and maintenance in areas including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, swimming pools, basic carpentry, and snow removal.
• Lead a four person maintenance team to ensure that the property is maintained to the company standard, that work orders are completed, and apartments are turned in a timely fashion.
• Complete all required employee training and follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the property in a professional manner.
• All aspects of apartment turnover and make ready maintenance responsibilities.
• After hours/holiday/oncall responsibilities as scheduled.
• Assist the property manager, and the rest of the property staff in the successful maintenance operations and general upkeep of the property
• Assist in patrolling the property's common areas and grounds to maintain desired property appearance.
