Are you an experienced and dynamic Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? One of my clients is currently seeking a talented Multi-Family Project Manager to join their team in Dallas. As a leading construction company specializing in multi-family residential projects, they offer a collaborative and rewarding work environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality and resolve any on-site challenges.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and construction schedules.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multi-family residential construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns and requirements.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and local authorities.
Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Minimum of 3 Multi-Family projects completed from start to handover.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach to team management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in multi-family residential projects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
