The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the Maintenance team and maintenance TPM strategy for a large plant area. The Maintenance Supervisor and their team will ensure manufacturing equipment is maintained in an efficient, safe, and reliable manner ensuring predictable manufacturing processes, reliability, and achieving operational excellence. This is a first shift M-F position.

Ideal experience for qualified candidates should include maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, extensive maintenance experience of mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, motors, and the ability to analyze data to improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
