A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

As the on-site Maintenance Supervisor at our beautiful community, you play a vital role in our residential management team. You ensure that all HVAC and other mechanical aspects of the property are functioning smoothly. Additionally, you keep all maintenance equipment running and make sure that all federal and state guidelines are followed. You are a leader, a go-getter, a problem-solver, and a hands-on technician.

Although you thrive tinkering with and making things work, you also complete necessary administrative duties. You coordinate maintenance requests, turn over residences in a timely manner, and keep supplies and tools orderly. You keep records and communicate with the corporate office, vendors, and contractors. Utilizing your exceptional attention to detail, you uphold the professional reputation of the company. With a positive attitude, you continue to improve your knowledge and skills and stay motivated to always do the highest quality work. You take pride in the upkeep of your property. You feel accomplished as you exceed company and resident expectations each and every day

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• A willingness to strive for excellence
• Previous maintenance experience

HVAC certification would be a plus. Are you able to work independently as well as with a team? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you have strong time management and organizational skills? Can you meet deadlines with high-quality work? Do you communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

This position typically works Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays on a rotating basis. Availability for after-hours emergency calls may be required.
