The role is based in New York with the expectation of a hybrid work model.
PineBridge’s Global Multi-Asset Team (GMAT) provides asset allocation as well as manager selection services for institutional and retail multi-asset strategies globally. The Team’s asset coverage spans both liquid and illiquid strategies. This global team of 24 dedicated professionals is responsible for US$17.8 billion in assets. With investment professionals located across six different global locations – New York, Taipei, Hong Kong, London, Singapore and Mumbai, the GMAT is a well-integrated team of veterans that mirrors the global nature of 230 investment professionals across 25 global and emerging markets.
The PineBridge Multi-Asset Team is looking for an analyst to join the investment team whose work involves providing asset allocation expertise to clients globally. This team member will get exposure to all aspects of portfolio management and focus on client-related work streams. The candidate will be expected to participate in portfolio strategy discussions, assist in creating client or pitch related material. This highly detailed and analytical individual will collaborate directly with portfolio managers to ensure our market views, performance and portfolio positioning is presented in an effective manner. The analyst is expected to be a conduit between the investment team and several other teams in the firm including Business Development, Marketing, Product and Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing all client reporting deliverables and marketing materials
• Interface with Client Reporting and Performance as well as fund account administration to ensure that portfolio data is accurately and efficiently communicated to existing clients
• Serve as an informed and integral member of the Global Multi-Asset team, with awareness of investment process, market views, team’s positioning and asset management industry trends
• Assist in creating, overseeing and updating of marketing materials, including pitch books, RFPs, marketing databases as well as monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc publications as well as intellectual capital pieces
• Ensure all branding/communication materials are up-to-date for prospects and clients
• Help maintain the pipeline of existing clients and prospect as well as conduct peer analysis
• Effectively and efficiently respond to inquiries and requests from Business Development and current/potential clients

Qualifications:

• Must be pro-active, self-motivated, diligent, intellectually curious and well organized
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• 0-2 years’ related experience with financial services ideally within an asset management environment
• High level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s Degree required, with disciplines in Finance, Business, Engineering and/or Economics preferred
• Ability to work flexibly with team members across time zones
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg would be a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude to work within short timelines

• Salary Range: $85,000-95,000 annually + bonus + benefits
