Provide multi-asset trading services and market information.
- Interpret new product information and help keep clients abreast of new products.
- Take a leadership role in the sales process. Participate in bi weekly sales calls, and serve as an internal wholesaler in Structured Notes.
- Refine investment representative inquires to uncover client specific needs and identify appropriate products.
- Respond to inquiries from clients related to all equity and fixed income products, including Government, Agency, Corporate, Municipal, High Yield, Emerging Market, and Structured fixed income securities.
- Market the capabilities of and products offered by the trading desk in order to generate more trading volume.
- Analyze and assess issuers and securities and develop credit views on different elements of risk.
- Develop and program a set of analytics to generate trade/swap ideas based on market conditions and knowledge of customer holdings.
- Ensure the trading desk provides top quality service and pricing.
- Manage trading counter party relationships.
- Provide execution services on an agency or risk-less principal basis for purchases/sales of all fixed income securities and global equities. Monitor markets to discover the best prices available and ensure best execution.
- Ensure the trading desk remains in compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Watch for economic and political events, shifts in currency and interest rates and key credit events, providing updates to investment representatives and clients on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications
- Bloomberg TOMS, Equity OEMS, FINRA TRAQS, NETX360 preferred, VBA
- TECHNICAL SKILLS
- CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES: Series 7, 57, and 63/66
- Fluent in Spanish preferred
- Five Years of Related Work Experience
- Programming experience preferred
- Undergraduate Degree

Compensation*
The expected annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
