Expected Work Schedule For The Tiffin Ministry Leader

We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the annual IFI retreat.

Pay Structure For a Tiffin Ministry Leader

IFI provides training in order to equip Tiffin Ministry Leaders in personal fundraising. The Tiffin Ministry Leader will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Tiffin Ministry Leader can expect a salary of $24,960-$72,800 based on experience and other factors.

About the area and Responsibilities of a Tiffin Minister Leader

With over 300 international students at Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities seeking to pursue unique and renowned undergrad and graduate programs, TU and HU attract a variety of international students and faculty thanks to long-time international university partnerships and exchange programs in Asia and the Middle East. A Tiffin Ministry Leader with IFI will work with local churches and universities to serve international students in Tiffin and share the good news!

The Tiffin Ministry Leader will establish a ministry location by building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers. The Tiffin Ministry Leader will engage in personal ministry as well as mobilize others to host Bible studies, plan cultural events, and share the Gospel. It is vital that the Tiffin Ministry Leader establish IFI as a recognized student org, maintain good relationships with the campus, and maintain financial and prayer support for the budgeted needs of the role.

Qualifications Needed from the Tiffin Ministry Leader, including Spiritual Characteristics

The Tiffin Ministry Leader must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Tiffin Ministry Leader must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.

Education/Experience For a Tiffin Ministry Leader

• Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred
• Demonstrated ministry, training and mobilization experience required
• College degree preferred
