As a team: The Cloud Sales BU works across all Practice Units to define, build and bring to market end-to-end solution offerings that help customers realize their digital transformation aspirations through cloud adoption. People in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing, or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, laterally, upward, or in their current role.
The Sales execution lead is responsible for leading end to end opportunities related to Microsoft Azure / GCP Cloud Sales across the North America regions. They will be responsible for originating Microsoft Azure / GCP Cloud Sales opportunities across cloud migration, apps modernization, security and data & AI with clients. They will have to work with client account teams, deal and bid teams, as well as directly with Microsoft / GCP to ensure the progress and closure of Microsoft Azure / GCP Cloud Sales opportunities. They must forge strong relationships with clients, internal client teams and Microsoft / GCP client teams to build a cohesive and compelling proposition for clients. Candidate will work with most of the major clients across Manufacturing, Energy, BFSI and other key industries in the North America region.

What responsibilities will you have?
- May supervise or manage other sales team members (depending on level of experience)
- Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain their continued support.
- Coordinate internal approvals and sales team resources; manage solution/proposition develop client interactions and relevant client demonstrations, etc.
- Develop and activate a detailed sales plan for Microsoft Azure / GCP Cloud Sales within target accounts
- Support efforts and/or gain client agreement for press releases, use of references, etc.
- Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team
- Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area(s) of responsibility.
- Influence client’s selection process and evaluation criteria
- Develop strong relationships with Microsoft / GCP Account teams to position company as key SI partner on client accounts and opportunities
- Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within company, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters (depending on level of experience)
- Ensure a competitive advantage is created and maintained
- Establish qualification and win strategy and power map
- Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities
- Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients
- Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives (depending on level of experience)
- Work with Microsoft / GCP partner and account teams.
- Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close (depending on level of experience)
- Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility (depending on level of experience)
Qualifications :
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience in Cloud Sales
- Originating sales and relationships with BDMs and TDMs at the client side, both at established and emerging clients
- Experience in Microsoft Azure / GCP Cloud Sales is desirable and would be our first preference however, we are also open to look at experience in other hyperscalers such as GCP / AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.
- Working closely with the Microsoft / GCP teams to understand the latest updates and develop compelling value propositions to position to client account teams and clients
- Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team
- Consultative sales approach, building a high degree of trust and credibility
