This key senior-level director position focuses on delivering revenue targets and a world-class level of customer experience This role will work cross-functionally within ConvergeOne and across the cloud partner community to promote and influence strategic product direction, drive competitive differentiation, and nurture a transparent, collaborative community.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions

• Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Solutions teams
• Manages the relationship with Dell in the US, and helps design activities to take the relationships to the next level
• Contributes go-to-market strategies, including sales campaigns, account mapping, creating sales pipeline, driving go-to-market, and everything in-between
• Collaborates alongside some incredibly talented commercial leadership: decades of diverse experience
• Harnesses data to measure (and find ways to enhance) the performance of C1 and our alliance partners
• Builds a great network both internally at C1 and externally at alliance partners
• Drives revenue with Dell and potentially other national alliances, working closely with our solutions and sales team

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Experience selling into large Enterprise verticals like Financial Services, Telecommunications, Pharma, and Government markets
• Strong relationship and sales skills, knowing what we sell and how people want to buy using past experience from directly selling for a while and know what it takes to be a phenomenal influencer in partnerships
• Dell knowledge and existing executive relationships is a must
• 3+ years of experience working in partnership sales ideally in a B2B software environment
• Data-driven and highly analytical, able to tell great stories with data and can accurately report success and how it contributes to broader commercial goals
