Job Duties For Mechanical Assistant Construction Manager

• Own and manage Mechanical or Process Piping construction
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal business partners
• Other duties as assigned
• Work with the on-site Project Management team to supervise projects from start to close-out
• Become familiar and comfortable with construction management programs such as P6, Microsoft Projects and EXCEL

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCad and Navisworks preferred
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in an individual or team environment
• Strong understanding of building components
• 4+ years construction management experience with proven success overseeing construction projects preferably in the Semiconductor Industry. Must be able to meet cost requirements and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s or AA degree in construction management, engineering or related field
