▶ Job Position: Mechanical Junior Construction Manager / Sr. Assistant (Chemical system)

▶ Role & Responsibility

- Owns and manages either Mechanical or Process Piping construction for green field semiconductor factory.

- Work as a key stakeholder of the on-site Project Management team to plan, organize, and supervise projects from inception through construction, commissioning and close-out.

- Maintain productive relationships with internal business partners and customers.

- Communicate project status to Project Management, Clients, internal customers and external parties as appropriate.

- Utilize and become proficient in the use of construction management programs being considered for use (i.e. Microsoft Project, EXCEL, P6, etc)

- Ensure project scope, schedule, budgets, and forecasts are developed and tracked, and executed to projects’ goals.

- Prepare project reports and documentation, communicate with Facilities Operations team, Facilities Engineering and Design team, and Client management.

- Maintain good relationships with Clients and trade labor to encourage and enable craft productivity improvements.

▶ Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or other related field preferred.

- 5 to 10 years of construction management experience. Construction experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry.

- Working knowledge of building components, mechanical, process piping, and plumbing systems

- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred

- Ability to work individually or in a team with minimum supervision in a culturally diverse environment

- Good working relationship with Trade labor to drive craft productive improvements

- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (oral and written)

- Experience in mechanical construction work of semi-conductor plant preferred. (Especially Chemical systems)
