On Site Coordinator Jobs

We are looking for an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates. The skilled bilingual recruiter's responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to qualified skilled candidates, communicating with clients and applicants in both English and Spanish, interviewing and/or assessing clients and candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers.

Pay:

Schedule:

(7 AM–7 PM) Monday–Friday + some weekends

What you will be doing:

• Utilize various interview techniques (resume screens, telephone interviews, behavioral interviews, etc.).
• Maintain and nurture a pipeline for key corporate positions; develop a pipeline of candidates; and grow the candidate database.
• Work with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare or edit job descriptions.
• Identify and execute suitable recruiting strategies for a diverse range of professional-level roles.
• Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual and proficient in both English and Spanish
• Full-cycle recruiting and experience working within the light industry staffing agency.
• You must have the ability to build positive and professional work relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Ability to easily source and knowledge in all sourcing on all social media platforms.
• Excellent time management to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent phone and basic computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced work environment.
• Full cycle of vetting, interviewing, over the phone, and in-person
