Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Ability to nurture and foster leads in order to cultivate sustainable long-lasting relationships with prospective clients.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads that can be converted into profitable signed contracts.
- Build strong community connections through targeted outreach efforts, including in-person events and digital forums.
- Social media knowledge, able to create, promote, and manage content
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in marketing and business development.
- Implement cutting-edge customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce, to effectively manage, track, and analyze lead and opportunity pipelines, as well as customer interactions.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of experience with B2B in various industries including ecommerce, manufacturing and more
- Bilingual Mandarin (Preferred)
- Must be tech-savy and able to utilize AI technology ie. ChatGPT etc.
- Must be located in Silicon Valley or Irvine
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing marketing metrics and data.
