LGI Homes is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Marketing Coordinator supports all integrated marketing plans for LGI Homes and is responsible for all marketing, messaging and branding for their respective communities. This role assists with the management of a $60 million marketing budget, including the creation and implementation of direct mail, newspaper, radio, signage, display boards and digital marketing.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating marketing plans for all communities within their regions, monitoring the effectiveness of current campaigns, analyzing weekly marketing reports to analyze effectiveness and ensure data integrity, and audits.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of marketing experience is required. The Marketing Coordinator must have a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
