Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The Business Support Coordinator will act as a support to the Assistant of the CEO, performing administrative duties that will include, but are not limited to:


  • Business and Personal errands
  • Project Management support
  • Printing materials, as needed
  • Calendar coordination
  • Expense Reports


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Previous Admin. experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but candidates with 2 years of working experience will be considered.
  • Experience working in a corporate office setting
  • Motivated self-starter; delivering on required job demands.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient use of software products such as Sharepoint, Access, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Word.


Preferred Skills

A qualified candidate will be a self-starter who has strong attention to detail. Time management and follow through are an important asset in this position. The individual’s ability to communicate and work in a team environment will be essential to succeed in this position. Candidates with a similar role today and background that includes knowledge and use of products such as Excel and Access will be advantaged. Please note that this role will sit at the front desk at our executive office.
