Develop and manage misc. Marketing support projects as assigned for the various marketing communication channels

9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging

Spearhead marketing support tickets related to website and social media optimizations, lead tracking, and account user management.

Onboarding of Franchise Owners and Management Company Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management leaders and hotel staff as needed.

Franchise development and management experience a plus

Creates and maintains franchise management calendars

Minimum 3 years marketing experience required

2+ years Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred

Significant breadth and depth of DC franchise knowledge preferred (e.g. Batman, Wonder Woman, etc.)

Knowledge of digital platforms and media marketing tools

Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Skilled in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills

Knowledge of and passion for hunting/shooting sports industry is a bonus
