Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Senior Agents and team members in marketing, advertising, and collaboration with the Financial Analyst and Transactions Manager.


The ideal candidate would be highly professional and skilled at prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks. Candidate must easily adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Strong communication, writing, organizational, and design skills are necessary.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate and execute advertising campaigns across different channels, ensuring proper targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple social media platforms, including tasks such as content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and conducting thorough analysis of campaign performance. Stay updated on industry trends, implement strategies for optimized data management, social media presence, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Adhere to the company's editorial style guide and utilize marketing tools and regulations appropriately in the preparation of materials.
  • Create marketing materials (digital collateral, landing pages, flyers, photo spreads, press releases) for social media and email campaigns, monitor and analyze social media metrics and create special reports to help manage team performance.
  • Proficiency in Canva, InDesign or Photoshop for creating visually appealing graphics and collateral.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) for designing and creating marketing materials.
  • Manage and update listings on external marketing websites and the team website daily.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact for managing email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data, content, and updates for social media, press releases, and advertising.
