- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and relevancy within budgets.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for email marketing and database administration, ensuring consistency and standard methodologies across AIB.
- Lead all aspects of the management and optimization of our marketing automation platform, including the development of workflows, lead generating campaigns and automated email sequences.
- Handle and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Content, Sponsored InMail, Text Ads, and Dynamic Ads, to improve reach, click-through rates (CTRs), and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find opportunities to enhance contact profiles to better personalize and target campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, product teams, segment teams and web teams, to ensure experiences across platforms deliver a cohesive message and seamless user experience to drive conversions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to drive traffic to priority web pages.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies and internal technology partners to improve SEM performance and explore new opportunities for growth.
- Supervise and analyze campaigns across channels, providing regular reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize campaign performance across channels through testing – copy, layout, imagery, CTAs etc.
- Ensure marketing database accuracy, using standard processes for list management and data hygiene.
- Develop and complete comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies to drive engagement around segment specific priorities.
- Develop and implement impactful email marketing campaigns including crafting email templates, managing email distribution lists, and partnering closely with editorial on content.
- Proficiency in using SEM platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and familiarity with tools keyword research tools like Google Search Console and Conductor.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's advertising options, targeting capabilities, and standard methodologies for campaign management.
- Experience managing and reporting on targeted LinkedIn campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing principles, including PPC advertising, keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting across marketing channels.
- Experience leading marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Basic HTML knowledge required.
- Experience running marketing contact databases, including data segmentation and list management.
- Demonstrated ability in email marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
