As the Marketing Project Coordinator for Treace, you will be joining a highly productive Marketing Communications department that operates like an in-house advertising agency. You will function as the liaison between our various departments to ensure all marketing projects move seamlessly to completion.
What you will be responsible for:

• Monitors the flow of information, materials, digital assets and/or resources through the process to ensure on-time delivery.
• Acts as the point of contact to lead routine meetings and check ins to communicate statuses and timelines to the department.
• Understands operational processes and manages internal expectations appropriately with respect to various turn-around times for all aspects of marketing projects and campaign activities.
• Breaks projects into doable actions, assigns tasks, set timeframes, and assists with schedule management.
• Work with marketing leaders to intake, define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.
• Owning, maintaining, and updating the MarCom Project calendar.
• Displays an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization, and tenacity relating to documents that are distributed to various teams on a timely basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Marketing/Digital Agency, In-House Marketing Communications or Creative department experience preferred.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
