Project Coordinator/Manager Jobs

Experis/Manpower Group has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in Charlotte, NC for a contract position and is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist their team. This will be a Hybrid role.

Title: Project Coordinator.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12+ months.

Pay Range: $45 - $50

Required Job Skills

• 7+ plus years of enterprise project/program management/business analysis experience
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt easily to a changing environment and expectations.
• Ability to connect the dots and make sense of information across multiple data points upstream/downstream that may not be easily noticeable; ability to see the big picture strategic opportunities.
• Experience or proven ability to draft materials for senior executive-level audiences.
• Deep knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint Site with the ability to easily adapt to technology, tools, and applications.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal and written) and active listening skills with proactive and no surprises approach to communicating.
• Problem solver who can successfully manage through ambiguity.
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into succinct, understandable written work product.
• Ability to take initiative and show creativity to accomplish tasks individually and with teams.
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Desired Job Skills:

• Experience or proven ability to build and modify process design for ongoing process improvement.
• BAC data related enterprise knowledge (preferred greater than 5 years); understanding data resiliency a plus.
• Experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Business Continuity and / or regulatory interactions.
• Agile, PMP, and/or Six Sigma certifications
• Analytical skills
