WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Department in creating and communicating promotional campaigns and materials. They will be responsible for promotional performance analysis and providing recommendations to enhance key metrics. Additionally, they may execute tasks related to e-commerce storefront management, digital asset creation and maintenance, and general marketing support across our family of brands as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Develop, maintain, and execute e-commerce promotional campaigns across various channels.
·Utilize internal software to create discount coupons.
·Meticulously enter details into project management software to ensure accurate and timely implementation of promotions.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with the promotional calendar.
·Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency when approving creative assets.
·Analyzes the effectiveness and success of promotions.
·Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
·Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer buying behavior within the natural health industry.
·Assist in executing digital advertising, design, visuals, and product merchandising projects.
·Ensure consistent brand storytelling and communication across e-commerce websites.
·Engage in daily collaboration with creative, brand, and occasionally the Amazon agency teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.

·Creative thinker with a high attention to detail.
·Strong organizational and project management skills.
·Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing tasks and activities.
·Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
