Position Overview:
The role of the Marketing Events Coordinator will be to assist in supporting the day- to-day
marketing efforts for LendingOne including event logistics and general administrative marketing support. The Marketing Event Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Marketing.
This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Boca Raton Headquarters Office.
Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Event Coordination
• Intermediate level ability to use excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Sales Team communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Project management Skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed analysis recap to evaluate events performance
• Assist the Marketing Team and Sales team with planning and execution of company events and conferences
• Coordinate travel arrangements for tradeshows and conference attendees
• Maintain event equipment and supplies
• Assist with communication between the event owner regarding payment, scheduling, special assistance, and other areas
• Manage the equipment and promotional merchandise for each event
• Develop logistics plan for event and site set-up
• Pro-actively contact and respond to event owners, Sales team members about their responsibilities after an event has been scheduled
• Manage event site set-up, equipment management, and event operation support
• Provide inventory control and distribution management for event equipment and supplies
• Track travel and marketing expenses
• Maintain special event contact database
