Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – LaRoche Posay & Vichy
Division: L’Oreal Dermatological Brands
Reports to: General Manager, LaRoche Posay & SVP Head of Brand Vichy
Location: Hudson Yards, NY
Job Summary: Committed, driven, productive, and eager to learn/improve, self-motivated, team player and strong anticipation skills and detail-orientation are qualities necessary for success in this role. Insatiable drive to learn, improve, positively impact the team, brand and customers are key to success. Will need to be able to prioritize and work in a matrixed reporting environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Brand Town Hall organization and team event management
  • Leadership team meeting program management
  • Support GM & SVP of La Roche-Posay and Vichy brands– assistance with meeting preparation, PowerPoint, excel analysis, collecting information from the broader organization, following up
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Support GM’s and SVP of Marketing’s administrative needs – calendar, meeting organization and follow up, scheduling, and expense reports, product closet management, and office supply ordering
Job Requirements
  • Articulate, personable, team-oriented and ability to influence a cross-functional team
  • Analytical proficiency and willingness to learn – how to analyze impact/effectiveness of investments, ROI
  • Creative thinking – ability to ideate new animations, promotions
  • Proactive – Ability to self-manage projects, high level of organization, ability to overcome obstacles
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs of GM, SVP and Marketing Teams
  • Willingness and ability to own, follow-up on, and complete any administrative tasks
  • Brand métier – ability to discern brand appropriate activities/investments
  • Basic business acumen, desire to better understand customer and sales dynamics
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multi-task
  • Valid work authorization for the United States
  • Experience in selling and/or marketing skincare, medical devices/pharma ideally, or consumer products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Travel
  • Ability to travel to event sites, sales meetings, customer sites, and medical conventions when needed
