Responsibilities:

• Lead kick-off calls with clients to gather requirements, establish campaign goals, and ensure a clear understanding of expectations.
• Build rich media units in Adventive, leveraging interactive elements to enhance user engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any campaign-related inquiries or concerns.
• Develop video outlines and storyboards to guide the production process and align with client objectives.
• Create and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring accurate targeting, personalization, and effective messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients for campaign optimization and maximum results.
• Coordinate details for video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement.
• Collaborate closely with the ad ops team to implement and troubleshoot 3rd party tags, ensuring seamless integration and optimal campaign performance.
• Manage digital campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Design engaging marketing materials to support NewBeauty’s sales team.
• Generate comprehensive wrap reports to summarize campaign performance, deliverables, and key insights for clients.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop/InDesign to resize and design banner creative, maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal.

Requirements:

• Proficient in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for creative resizing and design.
• Familiarity with rich media platforms like Adventive.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
