Marketing Coordinator Jobs

A versatile and creative position partnering with the Director of Graphics & Advertising, Director of Content & Education, and Graphics Department to focus on marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing data, and assist with web asset management.

We’re looking for a candidate with excellent communication and marketing experience. This position offers room for growth and our team embraces new ideas and initiatives. The candidate must be available to work in our lively and bustling office located in Chelsea, NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Take a leading role in the evaluation of all marketing activity to determine ROI and effectiveness of activity and help the organization understand how activity builds long term brand growth.

·Provide analysis, sustain data, and execute recommendations for marketing success based on data results.

·Pursue, develop, and track short-term and long-term digital marketing campaigns for multiple brands.

·Coordinate with Director of Content & Education on maintaining visual consistency within brand standards and translating campaigns to a variety of digital assets such as; web slides, web banners, e-blasts and social media.

·Collect and organize visual assets from suppliers.

·Demonstrating an interest and curiosity to recognize emerging design trends, while understanding the wine industry shifts and standards.

·Collect and organize visual assets from suppliers.

·Create sales and marketing collateral: brochures, postcards, signage, promotional displays, wine lists, invitations, and booklets through Corel and Adobe Creative Suite.

·Create brand flyers to accurately represent the technical information and brand identity of the requested wine or spirits.

·Communicate with upper management and Director of Graphics & Advertising to execute the best design solution based on the customer’s venue, target audience, and event.

·Maintain monthly assigned catalog with Compliance department by updating the cover, and ensuring the correct number of pages for saddle book printing.

·Creating, adjusting prices, and updating bottle shots for Wholesale catalog requests using a Corel Draw template. Working with the Wholesale department to proof, complete, print, and PDF export the requested catalogs.

Requirements:

·Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

·Excellent communication and copy-writing skills

·A keen eye for aesthetics and details

·Proficient experience with executing and managing marketing campaigns, data, and results

• Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas

·Graphic design experience with a graphic design portfolio

·Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and ability to learn CorelDraw

·Bachelor’s degree in marketing or design (preferred)

• 2-3 years of relative work experience
• Knowledge of/or a strong desire to learn about the wine business
