directly to yoga studios in NYC, but today we’re sold at Whole Foods, FreshDirect, MOM’s Organic Market

and hundreds of other retailers across 40 states. Bear’s Fruit has been featured in GOOP, Forbes, Well +

Good and more fancy press outlets. With a new multimillion dollar manufacturing facility & taproom in

Brooklyn, a new deliciously “on trend” product line and several new retail launches in the works, Bear’s

Fruit is a fast-growing company looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to

join our bear pack as our business grows across the U.S.

About the Position

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help raise awareness of Bear’s Fruit by reaching the right consumer,

with the right message through the right channels to position us as the gut health brand of choice. You’ll

work directly with our leadership team to expand our brand presence to educate people on why Bear’s

Fruit is different from all other gut health brands on the market. In this role, you’ll be involved with a variety

of strategic sales and marketing tactics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate

about healthy living and wants to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate

has a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

● Help develop and execute creative marketing & sales strategies to help Bear’s Fruit stand apart in

the competitive “better for you” F&B space.

● Design marketing assets & sales materials that people actually want to read and/or wear, such as

emails, social content, website & ecomm assets & brand swag.

● Oversee organic & paid social content & engagement (with/without agency partners) and help

with audience targeting and preparing monthly reports.

Manage influencer / affiliate programs by identifying like-minded brand partners

● Support PR agency with press inquiries, events & opportunities to drive brand awareness and love.

● Manage events, in-store demos and attend trade shows on Bear’s Fruit behalf.

● Collaborate with sales team help sell Bear’s Fruit to new retailers and support creative programs.

● Track and analyze marketing activities and prepare recaps of what is /isn’t working - and why.

● Stay up to date on industry trends and identify relevant social conversations and insights that

might spark new brand content or partnership ideas.

● More fun stuff that comes up in the day-to-day of an emerging “better for you” F&B brand!

About You

● 1-2 years of experience in similar marketing or sales role. Prior CPG / F&B experience preferred.

● You have design experience and are deeply familiar with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

(Photography / photo editing skills a plus!)

● You write, speak, and engage with clarity and humor. You’re able to “get” the Bear’s Fruit brand

voice / personality and adapt it to a variety of materials.

● You’re socially savvy. You know the ins/outs of all the various platforms where Bear’s Fruit can

interact and make friends with the right people.

● You have a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality and are excited to support various projects in a fast-

paced environment.

● Project management is fun for you. You’ve got strong attention to detail, you’re able to organize

information into actionable plans and “manage up” to keep timelines on schedule.

● You’re results oriented with the aptitude to monitor performance and distill down what worked /

what didn’t / what to do next.

● Most importantly: You’ve got a passion for Bear’s Fruit and a great attitude.

The Fine Print

● Location: Brooklyn, NY

● Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
