Site Ops Associate Jobs

General – Manage contractors as required, act as local RWE Clean Energy liaison. Perform like duties as assigned.

Minimum of 1 year in field construction, operations or related field experience preferred but not required

Prior experience utilizing field mobile maintenance equipment such as, tractor, forklift, trencher, etc.

Demonstrated above average communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Maintain grounds at site including custodial activities, landscaping, and debris removal.

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)

Experience in project management, process mapping, and SOP creation

1+ years of experience with SQL and Tableau

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel & Google Suite

1+ years experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira preferred but not required

Ability to manage time and multiple priorities at once

Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner

First line support for tracker for the repair shops

Assist in preparing unbilled repair report

Assist in updating repairs within tracker

Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly

Maintaining file system of invoices

3-5years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops roles

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred

Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen

Set goals, report findings, deliver recommendations, and help present progress updates to the

Help the Commercialization team to prioritize, roadmap and drive growth and operational projects

Engage with a wide array of end-consumers and channel partners to better understand industry dynamics and refine recommendations accordingly

Experience in vendor management and negotiating

Help organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events, including logistics, internal and external communications, speaker management, promotions, budgeting, and reporting

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience copywriting for email, landing pages, and social media campaigns

3+ years of B2B software or high-growth SaaS startup marketing experience

Experience planning and managing events including industry events/tradeshows and webinars

Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations

Project management of planned rehearsals/events as it relates to provided facilities services.

Project management of site logistics and scheduling, including that of trailers, chassis, containers, and employee/visitor parking

Budget management; invoicing and billing

Technical school diploma or college degree in Business Administration or Project Management

Knowledge of event/show production including load-in/load-out processes; any experience with rigging, lighting, sound, or other production/event experience

Capable of interacting in a professional manner with higher level management

A minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, website management or similar

Experience with Asana project management tool preferred

Conduct regular testing to ensure website functionality (navigation, search capabilities, checkout process, overall user experience) while identifying and resolving any issues

Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, content management systems and online merchandising

Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing workflows

Proficient in Excel and basic HTML/ CSS experience
