Overview A Learning Solutions Associate is a professional who works with organizations to develop and implement learning solutions that meet their specific needs. They are responsible for researching, designing, and developing learning solutions that are tailored to the organization’s goals and objectives. They also provide support and guidance to the organization’s staff in order to ensure that the learning solutions are effective and efficient. Detailed Job Description A Learning Solutions Associate is responsible for researching, designing, and developing learning solutions that meet the organization’s specific needs. They must be able to identify the organization’s learning needs and develop solutions that are tailored to those needs. They must also be able to analyze the organization’s current learning solutions and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, they must be able to develop and implement learning solutions that are effective and efficient. The Learning Solutions Associate must also be able to provide support and guidance to the organization’s staff in order to ensure that the learning solutions are effective and efficient. They must be able to provide feedback and advice on the organization’s current learning solutions and suggest improvements. They must also be able to provide training and support to the organization’s staff in order to ensure that the learning solutions are being used effectively. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
• Experience in instructional design and/or learning solutions
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Knowledge of current trends in learning solutions
• Knowledge of technology-based learning solutions
