We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer who has a passion for local small businesses. Is that you?
About Us:
Saturn Five is a family of small businesses where customers win and employees flourish. We work in a variety of industries, including construction, adventure tourism, landscaping, and the specialty trades, and each company is operated locally by management teams who take a long-term mindset toward their company’s success.
About the Role:
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will work across 3-4 companies to design, execute, and sustain digital marketing campaigns. You will:
- Identity high-value opportunities across multiple marketing channels in order to drive leads.
- Help source, manage, and/or produce photo and video content for use across multiple platforms.
- Create content to increase audiences and engagement on major social media platforms, including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Youtube.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including campaign strategy (which audiences to target, what key messages and value propositions to use, and how to sequence), copywriting, and execution.
- Write and publish content on websites, as well as work with developers and SEO agencies to optimize content and search engine results.
- Monitor KPIs, including audience engagement on social media platforms, ad performance, and Google Analytics and recommend changes.
- Design and execute paid marketing campaigns (primarily through Google Ads), including managing ad spend, designing ad content, and optimizing ads based on performance.
This is a remote contract position. You will bill/contract individually with each company you work with.
About You:
You’re an experienced marketer with a bias toward action and can operate at both the strategic “goal” level as well as the tactical “what needs to get done now” level.
- You’re comfortable working partially and/or fully remote
- You’re curious, learn very quickly, and love using data to help improve your results.
- You can juggle multiple projects for multiple brands at the same time.
- You’re proficient in a variety of design and marketing tools, including most of the following: Adobe Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Hootsuite.
- You’re highly organized and have a strong attention to detail
- You’re an excellent communicator and can clearly set (and then meet) expectations.
- You have experience with marketing for small businesses or experience in the construction, green, and/or adventure tourism industries.
- You have strong copywriting skills and can easily get inside the minds of a customer
