Job Overview: Market President
The Market President will have full P&L responsibility for a designated market and the accountable leader for all primary care clinics within the market. The person will bring a background in driving operating processes, project ownership, leadership, teamwork and experience with medical groups, health systems or health plans. The person in this role must partner effectively and influence as needed with all key internal and external stakeholders. Ability to drive results working in an ambiguous environment is essential.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and execution of market strategy
- Adhere to RHG’s information security and privacy requirements
- Responsible for leading strategy and creation of Monthly Business Review presentations (MBRs), including KPI and outcomes delivery, program overview, and strategic recommendations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continue to define and support RHG’s culture within the market and across the company
- Drive high quality results by focusing on anticipating and supporting the organizational needs
- Full responsibility of P&L and operating performance for all clinics within market
- Partner with matrixed delivery team for solutions, adjusting target areas of focus for performance management, adjusting staffing needs and regional engagement strategy as necessary to meet performance targets
- Build strong relationships with various client stakeholders, leveraging thorough understanding of client business challenges and needs
- Provide strategy recommendations, process clarification, and change leadership for assigned clinics(s)
- Lead and manage the performance of RHG’s clinic operations across the market
- Partner with centralized shared services teams to develop insights on operating performance, delivery of clinical outcomes, and opportunities for improved execution and ongoing advancement of solutions
- Leverage and embrace technology to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and improved clinical results
Requirements
- Ability to interpret and manage clinical and operational performance data
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of providers, health systems and payors and the ever-evolving healthcare landscape
- Self-starter with high emotional intelligence and the ability to create strong partnerships with the local community
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-8 years minimum of relevant work experience required, including leadership experience within healthcare client management or operations
