President & Ceo (Identity Management - Must Have Past Ebidta And Cagr Accountability)

EVC Ventures, a US-India based private equity fund with over $100mn in assets under management, is looking for a President & CEO, who will work from home/remote anywhere in the United States (preferably in the EST time zone), for its portfolio company, QuickLaunch (www.quicklaunch.io), a leading, EBIDTA+ identity and access management-focused SaaS company that has already been highly sought after by strategic buyers and private equity funds.

Reporting to and into:

• The President & CEO reports into the Board of Directors with a monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• The President will manage the VP of Sales, VP of Customer Success, VP or Product Management, VP of Marketing, HR, Legal and Finance on a day-to-day basis.

Accountability:

• 2) The President & CEO's secondary role is to work closely with the Board of Directors to successfully exit portfolio company to a strategic buyer or private equity fund.
• 1) The President & CEO's primary role is to increase enterprise value by driving topline revenue in the North America SMB market with a very hands on focus on accelerating the marketing and channel sales velocity.

Critical-to-Quality Requirements:

• Previous marketing management experience as a CEO of similar.
• Previous identity & access management industry experience (higher preferred)
• Previous sales management experience as a VP of Sales or similar.
• EST Time Zone (preferred)
