Job Description

Our client is a well-established niche executive search firm providing permanent search and interim services across all aspects of Strategy & M&A, Digital, Data & Analytics, and Transformation & Change with a presence in three different continents.


The client roster includes listed Fortune 500 companies across Strategic & Management Consulting firms (large and boutique), Global Financial Services, Private Equity and Venture Capital organizations.


The Managing Director (MD )for the Change & Transformation practice is a senior position within the business, and this person will be driving the growth of the practice through their own professional development and success. As producing leader, the MD is expected to deliver high-standard executive search services by winning and delivering on assignments, while building out a team of 360 consultants.


Some of the responsibilities:


  • Managing thorough, efficient, and timely sales & recruitment processes on behalf of the clients.
  • Being a true expert in their field
  • Using diverse and creative methods to identify, contact and build relationships with an ever-expanding client network specifically tied to Change & Transformation
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across all locations to introduce all the firm's services to the clients.
  • Taking an active role in growing the internal team through active pipelining of full desk consultants

Basic qualifications

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and delivering against deadlines.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Previous experience recruiting in related sectors (ideally Strategy, Transformation or M&A)
  • The ability to engage with top tier professional individuals and provide true advice and guidance to both candidates and clients
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
