As Manager, Retention Marketing, you will help bring new products and/or new product features to life through marketing. This role will be the liaison between Product and Consumer Marketing to take any net-new product and/or new product feature requests, develop the strategy and brief around how Consumer Marketing will support (i.e., new journey, add-on to existing journey, etc.), and triage to the appropriate marketer to execute.
Responsibilities
Member Engagement:
- Communicate the strategic vision, project progress and performance of marketing campaigns
- Create and drive forward a prioritized product roadmap from a business perspective in partnership with product teams
- Develop marketing campaigns focused on Teladoc Health member-centric Value Prop (members’ behavioral change, improved clinical outcomes)
- Bring forward new marketing content and creative ideas that drive engagement and loyalty with the brand.
- Partner closely with the product team to develop a comprehensive implementation plan and performance analysis post launch process including functions and activities
- Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Creative, PR, Channel leads
- Collaboration:

- Understand the performance trend of these efforts, actively seek out improvements and deliver on recommendations
- Perform research, competitive analysis to glean insights and identify new growth opportunities
- Support weekly review of product performance across channels – campaigns, budget, channel mix etc.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability working with creative teams on high-quality marketing campaigns.
- An entrepreneurial, transformational spirit; ability to make fast progress with a wide mandate.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Proven track record developing and driving strategic marketing plans for complex organizations
- Results-driven with exceptional detail orientation and knowledge around metrics and ROI analysis
- Understand end-to-end Consumer Marketing landscape, whether that be who on Consumer Marketing will ultimately execute a campaign or where within our Consumer Marketing journeys a net-new comm fits in (i.e., ensuring we are not over communicating to our members)
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing or related field
- At least 7-10 years of consumer marketing experience; engagement and retention
- Have deep understanding of where net-new requests fit into Consumer Marketing roadmap, being able to partner with and push back on requests that are better suited with other teams to own (e.g., SCSG, Product, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with the aptitude to read and analyze reporting
The base salary range for this position is $91,000 - $100,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: 2023 Benefits Summary Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
