JOIN THE CAUSE
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager who can help us scale Tapcheck’s Sales Development program in North America. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be an important contributor to the Sales leadership team. We are looking for candidates who are data-driven, with an understanding of top of the funnel and pipeline metrics, excels at coaching and motivating a team, and has experience hiring top SDR talent.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with Sales segments to ensure positive working relationships and maximize the effectiveness of sales development
  • Manage, develop, and hire a team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Work with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of campaigns, while providing constructive input to develop new campaigns
  • Help create a place where people love coming to work by maintaining a high level of enthusiasm
  • Coach early-stage sales professionals
  • Design and implement efficient, scalable processes for lead generation, qualification, and handover within the sales team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Highly data-driven, constant optimization of activities and outputs
  • Passion for coaching and developing talent
  • Experience with common sales tech stack tools: Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo
  • Experience managing outbound pipeline generation motions
  • Excellent at stakeholder management
  • 1-3+ years of experience as an SDR manager in technology/software/SaaS

Compensation: $100,000-120,000 + commission. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge and skills.
