Now about how you can help us in achieving this goal! —— The Manager of Employee Experience and Engagement is one of our most important roles because it centers around two very important areas:
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Programs
and
- Rewards and Recognition Programs

Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement and oversee best in class employee engagement strategy and tactics that support Brazen Inspired’s organizational goals and priorities including retention efforts as well as diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging work firm-wide

DEI & Belonging (50%)
Partner with the Associate Director of Engagement Programs and the Executive Director to design and deliver trainings, facilitate discussions, and provide individual coaching and internal and external resources that will lead to a more inclusive and equitable internal culture where everyone feels they belong.

Rewards & Recognition (40%)
Develop and coordinate programs designed to reward and recognize employees at all levels of Brazen Inspired. Ensure that programs promote leadership and foster a company loyalty to improve retention. Ensure the cost-effective implementation of rewards and recognition programs and the on-going development and analysis of information and metrics

Other Projects as Assigned (10%)
Engage in continuous professional development to stay on top of the ever-evolving Employee Engagement, and DEI and Belonging field to ensure training is applied for the growth of Brazen Inspired.

Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration
Background in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on Employee Engagement
5 years of relevant experience, 3 in leadership
2 years as a Project Manager or 4 years as a Program Manager
Experience in DEIB Programs
Experience in Recognition Programs
Certifications preferred: HR and/or Project Management related

Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 / year (Commensurate with experience, education and other factors)
