The Global Employee Experience Lead is an energetic, enthusiatic leader who is an excellent communicator, very organized, excels at customer service, is a strong leader and a creative problem solver. The Global Employee Experience Lead will be tasked with setting the overall employee engagement strategy and creating a workplace in which every employee feels valued, connected and inspired. The goal of the Employee Experience Lead will be to create a high-performer workforce, reduce turnover and align the employee experience at Alvaria. This particular position also manages projects and processes that actively impact every aspect of an employee’s experience within Alvaria, at every stage of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and employee offboarding.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Designing approaches to communications which provide an employee voice
  • Create, modify, and ensure the quality of training for all employees through guidance, coaching, and support for employees focusing on the goal of creating and maintaining a positive culture and atmosphere in the workplace.
  • Building a culture of trust by training and developing managers to provide consistent and transparent communication.
  • Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization to drive physical and mental well-being(guiding the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team & Global Culture Crew team).
  • Create a program that clearly sets employee expectations and to manage and evaluate performance.
  • Strategically partnering with all departments to deliver value-added employee experiences across the organization
  • Assessing the impact that Alvaria’s practices and policies have on the employee experience.
  • Developing strategies and programs to improve employee experience and engagement
  • Creating ways to measure and assess engagement (for example, surveys) at an enterprise level and design programs to address employee feedback.
  • Building a healthy company culture that sets the company apart from our competition by inspiring employees to deliver on the company’s core values

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Moderate Use of Excel: Basic understanding of formula use, mail-merging, and pivot data display
  • Moderate Survey Design & Data Analysis
  • Strong communication skills: this role requires frequent writing and public speaking.
  • This person will be Alvaria’s spokesperson on behalf of all employees, and acts to bridge the gap between executive management and frontline employees.
  • Proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of HR and Employee Engagement Experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
