Job Description
TMRW Sports is hiring top technology professionals to build a state of the art team, product, and fan experience from the ground up. Reporting to our Director of Venue & CRM Technology, the Manager of eCommerce & CRM Technology owns the technology services for online retail sales, as well as fan information. They also have expertise in delivering results primarily through influence and vendor management, as opposed to large teams of direct reports, or personally muscling it through. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementation and operation of technology services that support online retail sales.
  • Work closely with the TMRW CMO to drive vendor selection of CRM solutions, and then ongoing operational management of technology vendors.
  • Responsible for master data sources and management of all fan information, including coordination with all stakeholders.

Experience & Skills

  • Expert knowledge of one or more leading CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Demonstrated success delivering mission-critical projects and managing operations through vendor partnerships vs large in-house teams.
  • 5-9 years of experience with eCommerce and CRM technology, ideally with sports teams / leagues.
  • Extreme comfort with ambiguity and change.

Location / Travel

  • Orlando, FL or remote with ability to travel to office (~25%).
