Ecommerce And Catalog Manager

This position will be responsible for maintaining and distributing all of Goodyear Belts content for automotive and industrial aftermarket distribution and supporting the sales team and customer service function for assigned customers. This position will oversee the operation of ACES / PIES / Images content. Work with mapping of application and product specification data including images for delivery. Work with data supplier vendors to keep data accurate and current. Ensure the eCommerce catalog is optimized for assortment, availability, placement, and promotions

Duties:

• Perform Customer Service Duties
• Enter and administer all eCommerce orders
• Support sales with mapping and providing customer specific data templates
• Support all other sales order entry as needed
• Identifying new coverage requiring new parts and providing the product team with the relative data for new part development
• Maintain all PIES information and distribute to trading partners and commercial catalog companies as required
• Coordinate product attributes from product marketing
• Support all company eCommerce both as the liaison between external ecommerce partners & internal to ensure the ecommerce catalog is optimized for assortment, availability, placement, and promotions
• Coordinate marketing efforts for completion of PIES information
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Identifying new coverage opportunities for existing parts
• Maintain all ACES application data and distribute to trading partners and commercial catalog companies as required
• Maintain all cross reference information for Goodyear Belts (both OEM and competito
• Support customer's needs by providing timely answers to inquiries
• Review products and applications for appropriate initial or final stocking strategy
• Coordinate packaging and part dimensional attributes from engineering or factories
• Coordinate image production of new and existing parts
• Make all edits and editions as necessary to ensure high-quality data
• Create new ACES and PIES data for new product lines as they are prepared for launch

Requirements

• Must have worked and understand the ACES and automotive standards
• Must have previous work experience as an automotive aftermarket catalog manager
• Must have expert proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel
• Must be familiar with the various software for cataloging in the Automotive Aftermarket
• Must have previous eCommerce experience (Amazon in particular)
• Prior experience with ERP Netsuite a plus
