The Salesforce Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce environment. They will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to develop solutions that increase revenue, customer acquisition, customer conversion, and customer retention. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in developing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions and superior soft skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will guide our business on the capabilities of the platforms and act as the liaison between the business and technical teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage third-party vendors and contractors for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud projects.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our business processes and requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce environment, including user management, data management, and security.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal and external partners who manage our Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Manage a small but growing team of Salesforce specialists.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce best practices and standards to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Configure, customize, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales and marketing teams to develop solutions that meet their needs and increase revenue, customer acquisition, customer conversion, and customer satisfaction/retention.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for additions and removals of Salesforce and Salesforce related products/applications.
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud features and functionalities.
  • Partner with IT leadership to plan and execute Salesforce-related projects, including integrations with other systems.
  • Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud enhancements and feature requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud platform configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Superior project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects.
  • Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
