Essentials Director Inside Sales
We are looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Director with a proven success record to build, lead and motivate a high-performance team of inside sales representatives. You will execute the vision, mission and revenue growth strategy for inside sales for all verticals. In this role you will monitor sales metrics and manage the sales administration process.

What’s needed in order to do that:
  • Develops and manages the annual process of creating inside sales account-based sales strategies, sales assumptions, projections and sales goals for all sales verticals.
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas back to product development and strategic solutions about new features or products.
  • Maximize sales effectiveness by providing leadership, support and guidance to ensure the inside sales strategy is aligned with business direction and supports accomplishment of the overall business objectives. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure productivity targets are met and or exceeded.
  • Evaluates market conditions and adjusts sales strategy to successfully adapt to those changes.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Works collaboratively with internal departments to execute sales strategies as needed.
  • Monitors activity reports and reporting trends and makes recommendations as needed on changes to reports, tactics, and modifications to current strategy
  • Gathers and evaluates key sales trends and market indicators and implements strategies for alignment.
  • Responsible for intersection with Lead Generation team to qualifying leads and assign to inside sales for execution or promote to other sales channels as defined.
  • Oversees the tracking and measurement of all inside sales initiatives.
  • Leads and manages the inside sales team. Provides mentoring, development and training

  • Skilled at building win-win partnerships across the business
  • Knowledge of industrial warehouse operations, material handling, automation/robotics experience is preferred.
  • Experience using data-driven decisions and demonstrated success driving expansive growth for a start-up organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 6+ yrs experience in strategy creation and execution for a sales department, preferably Inside Sales in a B2B market
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Microsoft
  • In-depth understanding of sales administration processes
Hiring Salary Range of: $115,000-$135,000. Salary to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible for Prologis’ commission plan.
