If you are an energetic, growth-focused Inside Sales team-builder, ICT is seeking a Denver (DTC area) office-based Inside Sales Manager. In this newly created position, the Inside Sales Manager will play an integral role in establishing a high performing Inside Sales team for ICT USA.
The Inside Sales Manager role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, USA. The selected candidate will be focused on building an initial team of Inside Account Executives focused on identifying customer prospects; nurturing opportunities through to completion in conjunction with Dealer Channel partners; achieving sales targets; developing and improving KPIs, sales infrastructure, and daily processes; and delivering an overall outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and Managing an Inside Sales Team, including hiring, training, and professional development
- Providing input on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Ensuring Sales, Finance and Legal policies and procedures are followed
- Researching and implementing methods to increase customer prospect engagement, conversion rate, and order value
- Capturing and sharing customer feedback regarding new features or products
- Setting, tracking, and reporting on both individual and team sales targets and performance
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to the inside sales process
Requirements:
- 4+ years progressive experience in physical access control systems sales, including prior management/leadership roles (President’s Club or similar recognition preferred)
- Been there, done that’ start-up sales management exposure
- Hands-on knowledge with Inside Sales technology software including Salesforce, RingCentral and Apollo
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines maintaining a high level of motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
